Delek Motors began acting as a Mazda importer in Israel at the end of 1991. In 1999, the company became an importer and distributor of Ford and Lincoln vehicles in Israel. During the year 2011, Delek Motors purchased Kemor Motors and in 2012 it also became the importer and distributor of BMW and MINI vehicles, thus increasing its model offering to new market segments of luxury cars
